We currently ship within India only.
All orders are fulfilled exclusively through the official Elantherm website (direct-to-consumer).

During product launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended
3. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

These timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations or external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges

After dispatch, you will receive tracking details via email or message to follow your order in real time.
6. Delays & Delivery Issues
Elantherm is not responsible for delays caused by:

If your order experiences an unusual delay, our support team will assist you.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional reshipping charges may apply.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
8. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the hygienic and topical nature of Elantherm Recover:

Opened or used products are not eligible for return

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
9. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been opened, used, or tampered with

Original packaging is missing or damaged

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sharing:

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
11. Refund Process
