I’ve been using it for the last 3–4 weeks, and it’s definitely helped reduce my leg soreness I feel like I’m recovering better after my HYROX training sessions which has been really helpful

As someone who spends long hours sitting and working at a desk, I frequently experience stiffness and discomfort in my neck and shoulders. Elantherm has been very effective in providing targeted relief and reducing muscle tension.

used one pack and just received my second pack today, honestly it helps me recover quite a lot quicker especially the fact that working and not getting enough sleep and still needing to show up for a workout. this becomes a complete go to for such use case.

Great product for injury recovery. I used it for a knee injury and honestly recovered faster than I expected. The formula seems to work really well and made a noticeable difference in my healing time.

The only area for improvement is the dispenser/applicator: the way the cream comes out could be more user-friendly and less messy. A pump or better nozzle design would make application much smoother.

Overall, a solid product with real potential. I'd recommend it to anyone dealing with a sports injury.

I really love the smell, consistency, and how lightweight the cream feels. I’m not sure if it has made a massive difference to my overall recovery, but I definitely feel that the areas where I apply it are less sore than before, so that’s been great!

Just one small thing, I really like the pump because it makes the product much less cumbersome to use, but if it drips, it does make the bottle a little messy. That’s the only thing I’ve noticed so far!☺️

This recovery cream has made a real difference in how I feel the next day—especially after heavy leg and shoulder sessions. It works even better when I use it the day after a sports massage, when my muscles are at their sorest. Definitely one of my favorite post-workout products.

I keep it in my office bag.

I use it whenever I feel my legs are sore and it fastens my recovery for sure but my protein intake hasn’t been that high hence it can’t magically recover everything.

It helped me to get rid of shin splints after my runs. I use it before going to sleep, a couple of pumps are enough to alleviate the pain.
